新型全交流變頻軌道式集裝箱龍門起重機專為港口、鐵路等貨場裝卸、堆碼40英尺、20英尺集裝箱設計,能實現(xiàn)集裝箱堆四過五作業(yè)要求。該機具有性能參數(shù)優(yōu)化、整機穩(wěn)定性好、生產營運成本低、吊具準確對位、監(jiān)控維修方便、掏箱作業(yè)安全可靠等特點。該機采用全交流變頻調速、PLC控制、中文界面故障顯示,其變頻器、PLC、接觸器分別采用日本安川、歐姆龍及法國施耐德產品,大車、小車驅動裝置采用新型“三合一”減速器,減速器均為德國SEW產品,整機性能指標與制造質量均達到國內領先水平。
New-style full alternating current rail container gantry crane is specially designed for goods yards of ports and railways loading and unloading, and it can heap up 40 feet or 20 feet containers. This crane can heap up four layers containers and run over five layers containers. The crane possesses the characteristics of optimized performance parameter, perfect stability of the whole crane, small cost of producing and working, accurately up-down positioning of the crane load, convenient monitoring, control and maintenance, safe and reliable work of fetching containers. This crane adopts SPWM to adjust speed, PLC control and Chinese interface malfunctions display. The transducer made in Japan, PLC made in Japan OMRON, the contactor made in France Schneider, the new-style “three combined into one” reducer made in Germany SEW used in the driving mechanism of big car and small car, all these make the performance of the whole machine and manufacturing quality reach the ountryside leading level.
