一、用途
本機(jī)廣泛就應(yīng)用于冶金、煤炭、水電、交通等部門(mén)，輸送散狀物料或成件物品。根據(jù)輸送線路要求，可以單獨(dú)一臺(tái)，以多臺(tái)或與其它輸送機(jī)組成系統(tǒng)作水平傾斜輸送。
輸送機(jī)在一般環(huán)境溫度+40℃到-10℃范圍內(nèi)使用，對(duì)于有防塵、防爆、防腐蝕要求的場(chǎng)合和需要輸送帶可逆行輸送時(shí)，請(qǐng)?jiān)诙ㄘ洉r(shí)另行洽談。
二、技術(shù)特性和主要參數(shù)
TD75型可輸送 堆積比重1.0-2.5噸/m3的各種散狀物品，本廠生產(chǎn)帶寬500、600、800、1000等、規(guī)格，傳動(dòng)功率從1.5KW到13KW。帶速有0.8、1.0、1.25、1.60四種。最大輸送量見(jiàn)表。
表中輸送量是在物料堆積比重V=1噸/m3，輸送機(jī)傾斜項(xiàng)為0-7度，物料在帶上的堆積角為30度的條件計(jì)算的。
一、Purpose of usage:
This machine is widely used in metallurgy, coal, water and electricity, communication, and other industries to transport bulk cargo or pieces. According to the requirements, it can make horizontal or slant transportation by itself or combined with other conveyors.
Usually, the conveyor is used in the environment with the temperature of +40?~?0?. For the conveyor to be used in the environment of anti-dust, anti-explosion, anti-corrosion, or if the conveyor is to be back run, consult with the factory in placing orders.
二、Technical features and Main parameters:
Model TD75 can convey kinds of bulk goods with the bulk specific weight of 1.0-2.5T/m3. The factory manufactures belt抯 width of 500, 600, 800, 1000, etc. Transmission power from 1.5KW to 13KW. Four belt speeds: 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.60. For the Max. delivery value, refer to the table.
The values in the table is calculated on the basis of: the bulk specific weight V=1T/m3, the conveyor抯 inclination is 0-7 degrees, the stacking angle of material on the belt is 30 degree.
