科尼港口解決方案確保集裝箱碼頭運(yùn)營商能夠以前所未有的方式改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有集裝箱起重機(jī)的強(qiáng)大智能功能,以此逐步改變集裝箱裝卸現(xiàn)場的運(yùn)作。Konecranes Port Solutions is changing the container handling playing field by giving container terminal operators the ability to retrofit powerful intelligence on their existing container cranes that would not otherwise be available.

Konecranes Port Services has worked with South Asia Gateway Terminals (SAGT) in Colombo, Sri Lanka over the past several years and last year concluded a retrofit project involving 28 Doosan and 9 ZPMC Rubber Tired Gantry (RTG) cranes in its container yard equipment fleet.

Auto-TOS

起重機(jī)能夠在每個(gè)集裝箱移動(dòng)后借助智能功能向TOS準(zhǔn)確報(bào)告其位置。因此,TOS能夠獲得有關(guān)每個(gè)集裝箱位置的準(zhǔn)確實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù),并確保碼頭運(yùn)營商能夠維持100%準(zhǔn)確的集裝箱庫存信息。顯然,Auto-TOS報(bào)告智能功能可以安裝到任何品牌的集裝箱起重機(jī)上,并與任何型號的TOS相連接。SAGT的Auto-TOS報(bào)告功能改造項(xiàng)目包括安裝硬件。硬件包括37個(gè)科尼自動(dòng)定位報(bào)告系統(tǒng)(每臺起重機(jī)一個(gè))、科尼TOS接口服務(wù)器、兩臺基站和四個(gè)備用系統(tǒng)。此外,改造項(xiàng)目還包括安裝科尼專有Auto-TOS定位軟件。該軟件通過與碼頭TOS直接連接的DGPS(差分全球定位系統(tǒng))工作。

The smart feature allows the crane to accurately report its position to the TOS after every container move. The TOS therefore gets live, accurate data on the position of every container, making it possible for the terminal operator to maintain a container inventory that is 100% accurate. Remarkably, the Auto-TOS Reporting smart feature can be installed on any brand of container crane, and interfaces with any make of TOS. SAGT’s Auto-TOS Reporting retrofit project involved the installation of hardware comprising 37 Konecranes Auto-Positioning reporting systems, one per crane, the Konecranes TOS interface server, two base stations and four spare systems. It also involved the installation of Konecranes’ proprietary Auto-TOS positioning software. This software works through a DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System) that interfaces directly with the terminal’s TOS.

This is part of Konecranes’path to port automation, where container terminals improve productivity and safety in manageable steps. From smart features up to full automation, the path can include supervised operation and remote operation to smoothly introduce the power of automation. The path to port automation applies to all container handling equipment brands. Full automation can be the final goal but it doesn’t have to be. Flexibility is the key.
